A professionally trained middle school teacher. She grew up in Takoradi, Central Region Accra Ghana under the guidance and training of her mother who is also a baker by profession.
Over the years she has nurtured and perfected this skill and now has passed it onto her children. With her favorite saying: ‘Home is where good food is’, she hopes to great and spread her love and warmth to all.

My name is Emerald but everyone calls me ‘’Sweety’. I am 28 years of age with masters degree in Buisness Analytics and Public Administration. Growing up as a child I have also been the person who can be referred to as “the family” type. Which a lot of time included feeding lol. This has over the years grown into a love and passion for baking. Everything I know was taught to me by my mother. I would love to continue to spread some of this love to everyone who comes into contact with me, especially in this day and age as the world is badly in need of it.
